We hope you are delighted with your LSA International purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. All returned glassware and accessories must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage your items in their original LSA International branded boxes, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Print your prepaid return shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
